Project Description:

The nursing home unit is located on the second floor of building number three at the Veterans Administration Medical Center Complex.  The nursing home unit needed additional space and the only area available was the last remaining section of roof of the first floor.

We demolished the roof patio and a small section of the second floor. We installed a new second floor above the existing roof, then built the second floor addition.
