MSR Office/Warehouse Building

Michael S. Rich Contractors, Inc. together with JLS Architects did the design build of a 3,000 square foot office and 3,000 square foot warehouse on a 1-¼ acre lot. JLS Architects designed the tilt-up concrete building in sixty days and MSR, Inc. constructed it in 100 days.

MSR, Inc. performed the demolition, earthwork and site grading of the site; formwork and poured concrete foundation, poured cast in place concrete, tilt up walls, concrete finishing, cut masonry block, steel erection, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, fire stopping, hollow metal and wood doors, finish hardware, and furnishings.  Installed utilities, paved the sidewalk and driveway.
