Project Description:

This project was constructed in a secured area.  The project entailed the demolition of two existing laboratories, modifying the space for a new laboratory, new laboratory casework, adding a mezzanine, installing a new heating ventilation and air conditioning system, installing laboratory gases and new electrical systems.  This work was performed while LANL personnel were occupying adjacent spaces. We successfully upgraded the mechanical and electrical systems without disrupting the adjacent systems.
Michael S. Rich Contractors, Inc. performed the demolition, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, miscellaneous carpentry and gypsum wallboard system utilizing our own forces.  This work was performed without any lot time due to accidents.
