MSR, Inc., together with JLS Architects, designed/built a 3,000 square foot office and 3,000 square foot warehouse on a 1.25- acre lot. JLS Architects designed the tilt-up concrete building in sixty days and MSR constructed it in 100 days. MSR performed the demolition, earthwork and site grading of the site; set the formwork and poured concrete foundation; poured cast-in-place concrete; installed tilt-up walls; performed concrete finishing; cut masonry block; handled steel erection, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and fire stopping; installed hollow metal and wood doors, finish hardware, and furnishings.  In addition, MSR installed utilities and paved the sidewalk and driveway.
