A licensed commercial building contractor in the states of New Mexico and Arizona, MSR, Inc. was founded by Michael Rich and incorporated under the laws of the State of New Mexico on October 1, 1988.

As a general contractor, MSR, Inc. specializes in medium scale commercial building projects, in all phases of construction; performing new construction, building renovations, special unique construction, tilt-up construction, and design-build. Moreover, to better serve our client's needs, MSR, Inc. has opened a service department for small repairs and alterations.
