MSR successfully completed the deficiency correction at four separate schools in the Grants/Cibola County School District: Mesa View Elementary; Mt. Taylor Elementary; Milan Elementary; and the Progressive Learning Center. This included new valley gutters and drywell to improved site drainage, construction of a new parking area, and repaving and striping of existing parking area to improve traffic flow and pedestrian safety. Exterior walls were removed and replaced,  including new insulation, door and window units, new Exterior Insulating Finish System, and new interior finishes. Renovations of three kitchens included new exhaust hoods and fire protection system. MSR removed the HVAC system and replaced with new, and also removed and upgraded electrical and data services, as well as roof systems. Due to school schedule and time constraints, a large portion of the contract work was performed while the buildings were occupied by faculty, students and staff.
