The Emerson Elementary project comprised a complete remodel of 1,360 square foot kitchen including new fixtures, equipment and floors, walls, all new plumbing, sewer, exhaust fans and fire protection. Approximately 7,000 square feet of classroom was remodeled on the south end of the existing structure and a new 1,700 square foot classroom addition connected the two existing school buildings. New sidewalks and retaining walls were provided to improve site access and drainage.
